Where are my sites hosted with Managed-WP?
Managed-WP does not have infrastructure as a service (IaaS) or hardware hosting. We have a control panel that allows you to connect in any datacenter you choose with the best IaaS providers in the world, on your terms. You can select companies such as Digital Ocean, VULTR, and Linode or you can bring your own server from virtually any company that has VPS servers based on Ubuntu KVM. Google Compute Engine (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) support, natively within the application, is coming very soon.
Who controls and owns sites managed by Managed-WP?
All you handle inside Managed-WP belongs to you 100 per cent, and you can take it with you and leave Managed-WP at any time. An external provider keeps any server you connect to Managed-WP safe, and your payments and agreements with them are your business alone. We can not cancel or remove your accounts, because they are all in your hands at 100 percent.
Do you support Litespeed?
Only Litespeed is good and Nginx is better, but most controlled WP hosts use Nginx for one reason – it’s extremely high-performance, and perfect for WordPress at all growth rates.

For each subscription, you will get Managed-WP. portal, it helps you on WordPress site backup, uptime monitoring, Firewall, CDN, image optiumization and support ticket portal.
On top of that, we bundle with premium wordpress plugins, including well known theme builders & templates, email plugins, advanced Managed-WP CDN, form builders, woofunnel and CRM module.
What about refunds policy?
All paid accounts come without money back guarantee. Only custom plan with 30 days money back guarantee statement in the quotation (Such as Service only plan), we will process your refund request within 2 business days at the latest. Fees refunded can sometimes take longer to arrive back to your original payment method.
What kind of support is included?
All plans (even Free Trial accounts) come with the help of simple emails. Paid plans are given substantially higher priority and quicker response times, and they have access to 24/7/365 assistance. All plans (paid and free) come with our self-help tools and automated monitoring of the service in just a few quick clicks to solve several common problems. Our working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9AM to 5PM Eastern US. Outside of those hours our assistance is used for vital pay account issues. All tickets are given an average answer time of less than ten minutes. These are not promises, but averages.
What about email?
We have absolutely no email at all on the stack. Email companies are best at managing messages. Our customers usually use GSuite or Outlook 365, since they are the largest and most consistent.
To manage WordPress emails, you’ll need to set up a transactional email service (form submissions, password resets, etc). For this we integrate directly with SendGrid but there are other excellent, cheap solutions.
Such as Postmark, Mailgun, Sendinblue, Mailjet, MailChimp, Mautic Cloud, Amazon SES, etc.
*We will pre-insatll WP SMTP plugin for every wordpress site for you to connect your own email service. Google GSuite and Microsoft 365 exchange online are reliable email service and they support STMP.
How many sites can I host on one server?
This is pretty complicated. The general view is of 10 ram sites per GB. If you ask us, we may be a little more conservative and say 5-7 per GB. That said, 25 sites on a $20 computer (4 GB RAM) should be doing well. That’s saying websites with no WooCommerce, LMS, or WaaS setups are brochure style.
We would recommend putting them on their own server for WooCommerce etc, because they seem to have a lot of resource intensive-but that also depends on the size of the site and the amount of traffic it recieves.
Each subscription comes with 1st time onboarding/migration service for free. To create additional WordPress site, please raise support ticket and we will process it accordingly. Charge may apply depense on your existing support tier.
What is the availability (SLA) of your managed cloud?
Our IaaS partner is Vultr or AWS. DNS partner is Cloudflare. So we quote their SLA as our IaaS SLA.

Vultr offers a 100% uptime guarantee via this Service Level Agreement based on network and host node availability. Collectively, these guarantees may be referred to as the “SLA.” This SLA is provided as a supplement to the Hosting Terms and Conditions You agreed to in becoming a Vultr customer, which is hereby incorporated by reference as an indispensable part of this SLA.

The hardware infrastructure that hosts your compute instances is engineered to be a primary target of reliability. Around the same time, our Technical Team uses aggressive tracking to proactively identify vulnerabilities and take preventive steps, mitigating any effect on the environment that your host node hardware might have.
100% uptime on the network
Using redundant infrastructure and sophisticated BGP routing, the Vultr Core Network intelligently monitors disruptive network operation in an attempt to offer 100% uptime and high-performance coverage across all of our global POPs.
This uptime guarantee is applicable on a per-service-item basis and is not applied to Your entire invoice. For example, if You have fifty (50) servers with Us, and one (1) of those servers experiences downtime, any credit due to You under this uptime guarantee would be proportional to that one (1) server’s downtime and not Your entire account with Us. This uptime guarantee does not apply to the accessibility of Vultr’s web property, DNS servers, API, or control panel.
AWS will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Included Services each available for each AWS region with a Monthly Uptime Percentage of at least 99.99%, in each case during any monthly billing cycle (the “Service Commitment”). In the event any of the Included Services do not meet the Service Commitment, you will be eligible to receive a Service Credit as described below.
